Mr. Lenahan has twenty years of experience managing energy efficiency programs for state energy offices. He has been responsible for program design, staffing, training, and implementation. Mr. Lenahan contributed to the development of lead safe practices and core competencies for the Weatherization Program and lead regional research projects for zonal pressure diagnostics, worst case draft testing, CO testing, and Delta-Q duct testing. He has been invited to serve on national Weatherization advisory boards and conference planning groups and he received the James Gardner award for significant contributions to the Weatherization program.

Associates Degree in Industrial Electronics from Manchester New Hampshire Vocational-Technical College

Recent Project Experience
Mr. Lenahan is serving as a technical expert on several National Weatherization Assistance Program Evaluation tasks, including the bulk fuel metering study, the indoor air quality study, and the process field study. His work includes procedure development, training, and quality control.
