Parfait Gasana has performed empirical research on consumer behavior, transportation, and economic restructuring. Education Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009 Areas of Expertise Public policy research, urban economics, and data analysis.Recent Project Experience Mr. Gasana is currently managing surveys for NYSERDA’s Industry and Process Efficiency Program (IPEP) and NYSERDA’s Energy Star Products Program (NYESP). He is also conducting data analysis for the National WAP Evaluation. Mr. Gasana recently conducted on-site interviews to collect data for NYSERDA’s CFL Saturation Study. |
