Recent Project Experience
Dr. Swartz is currently processing utility data and assessing non-energy impacts for the National Weatherization Assistance Program Evaluation and processing and analyzing data for the NYSERDA Non-Participant Spillover Survey. He recently conducted the usage impact analysis for the PECO LIURP Evaluation, provided statistical support for the NEADA Survey of LIHEAP recipients, and analyzed data to characterize the eligible population for the SMUD Low Income Program Assessment.
