Matt Swartz
Matthew Swartz is trained in economic theory, statistics, and econometric analysis.

Education

Ph.D. in Economics from University of Pennsylvania in 2009

Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from University of Pennsylvania in 2003

Areas of Expertise

Public policy analysis, computer programming, data analysis, and multivariate statistical techniques.

Recent Project Experience

Dr. Swartz is currently processing utility data and assessing non-energy impacts for the National Weatherization Assistance Program Evaluation and processing and analyzing data for the NYSERDA Non-Participant Spillover Survey. He recently conducted the usage impact analysis for the PECO LIURP Evaluation, provided statistical support for the NEADA Survey of LIHEAP recipients, and analyzed data to characterize the eligible population for the SMUD Low Income Program Assessment.
