| Policy Analyst |
APPRISE has a position available for a Policy Analyst to conduct research on programs providing bill payment assistance, energy education, and energy efficiency services to low-income households. Job responsibilities include program evaluation design, on-site observation of energy education and energy service delivery, design and management of client surveys, interviews with service providers, analysis of program evaluation data, and written reports. The ideal candidate would have a BS in economics or another social science; excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills; and an interest in social programs. Familiarity with data analysis software and/or database software would be valuable. |

| Senior Policy Analyst |
| APPRISE has a position available for a Senior Policy Analyst to conduct evaluation research on energy programs. Our research portfolio includes evaluation of services delivered to low-income households (financial assistance, education and counseling, and energy efficiency measures), market transformation programs (residential home performance, commercial and industrial programs, renewable energy), and other types of technical assistance. Job responsibilities include research design, on-site observations and inspections, survey design and management, administrative interviews, programming and data analysis, and report writing. The ideal candidate would have an advanced degree in economics or another social science; at least two years of work experience; excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills; experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis with SAS or Stata; and an interest in social programs. |

| APPRISE has a position available for a Project Director to design and manage energy program evaluation research projects. Our research portfolio includes evaluation of services delivered to low-income households (financial assistance, education and counseling, and energy efficiency measures), market transformation programs (residential home performance, commercial and industrial programs, renewable energy), and other types of technical assistance. Job responsibilities include client contact, proposal development, research design, project management, staff supervision, and report writing. The ideal candidate would have an advanced degree in economics or another social science; at least five years of project management experience; excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills; experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis with SAS or Stata; and an interest in social programs. |
