Jim Devlin has over 21 years of experience in sample development, survey management, data collection, data processing, and technical writing. Mr. Devlin's clients include the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, many large electric and natural gas utilities, and energy-related organizations and associations.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trenton State College in 1977

Project budgeting and administration, task management, questionnaire and forms design, spreadsheet design and manipulation, technical writing, and staff training.
Recent Project Experience
Mr. Devlin is conducting research for the New Jersey Energy Star Homes Evaluation and the Washington LIHEAP Research Project. He recently provided research support on the National Multi-Sponsor Study of Ratepayer Funded Low-Income Energy Programs, the NEADA National Energy Assistance Study, and the 2005 RECS LIHEAP Supplemental Sample Development.
