Jacqueline Berger has 20 years of experience designing and implementing research and evaluation projects. Her clients have included the Department of Energy, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Education, the National Science Foundation, as well as state offices, utility companies, and nonprofit organizations.
Education
Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University in 1996
Bachelor of Science in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1989

Study design, data analysis, multivariate statistical techniques, program evaluation, and performance measurement.
Recent Project Experience
Dr. Berger is currently directing aspects of the National Weatherization Assistance Program Evaluation, the Columbia Gas Simple Energy Solutions, Home Performance Solutions, and Small Business Energy Solutions Process Evaluations, and the Ameren Keeping Current Evaluation. She recently directed the PECO’s LIURP Evaluation, BGE’s Payment Pilot Program Evaluation, and the NJ LIHEAP Advisory Services project.
