Recent Project Experience
Ms. Cochran is currently supporting APPRISE's LIHEAP Program research and the Colorado First Response Program Evaluation. She recently provided research support on the PECO LIURP Evaluation, the NJ SHARES Evaluation, the Verizon Communications Lifeline Program Evaluation, and the National Multi-Sponsor Study of Ratepayer Funded Low-Income Energy Programs.
