Arlene Shipley has been conducting energy research for more than 25 years. She has worked on all of the Residential Energy Consumption Surveys (RECS), and participated in many energy program evaluation studies.

Collection of utility and bulk fuel supplier data.
Recent Project Experience
Ms. Shipley is currently assisting with the National Weatherization Assistance Program Evaluation and the NYSERDA Non-Participant Spillover Impact survey.
