Arlene Shipley has been conducting energy research for more than 25 years. She has worked on all of the Residential Energy Consumption Surveys (RECS), and participated in many energy program evaluation studies.

Collection of utility and bulk fuel supplier data.
Recent Project Experience
Ms. Shipley is currently assisting with NYSERDA’s CFL Saturation Study and the Ohio REACh Evaluation. She recently was responsible for collecting information on new construction throughout the United States as part of the 2005 RECS Sample Design. Ms. Shipley also collected and compiled data from bulk fuel vendors for the evaluation of the NH REACh Furnace Cleaning Project.
