Arlene Shipley has been conducting energy research for more than 25 years. She has worked on all of the Residential Energy Consumption Surveys (RECS), and participated in many energy program evaluation studies.

Collection of utility and bulk fuel supplier data.
Recent Project Experience
As part of the RECS 2005 Sample Design, Ms. Shipley was responsible for collecting information on new construction throughout the United States. Ms. Shipley also collected and compiled data from bulk fuel vendors for the evaluation of the NH REACH Furnace Cleaning Project. She provided monitoring support for several customer surveys as part of utility evaluation studies.
